In this case, the prize sponsor is responsible for delivering your prize to you. They have 28 working days, from when you received the winner's email, to send out the prize. If you have waited the correct time period and have still not received your prize then please contact the prize sponsor. Their contact details are in the footer of the initial winner email you received. The prize sponsor email address can be found in the footer (Right at the bottom) of the email you received notifying you of your win.
Please also remember to check your junk folder in case the email from the prize sponsor has gone there.
To update your address you can login to your account and visit the 'Account Details' section. On here, scroll down and you will see the address boxes where you can place the new address. Then click ‘Update Details’
If you are either filling in the registration form or updating your address on the account page and the address you are using cannot be found, please submit this form and include the new house number/name and also the postcode.

If you are not using Chrome and you are having this issue, it may be that you have a third-party ad blocker Plugin which again stops ads from showing. To turn this off, head to your browser settings, then go to Plugins/extensions and find the ad blocker and click remove from browser.

As stated in our terms and conditions, it is your responsibility to make sure that all your account details are up-to-date when entering our online competitions. You can update this in the account details section when you are logged in.
You can get in touch with the prize sponsor to see if you can amend this if they haven't sent it out. If they have, then they do not need to provide another prize. Their details are at the bottom of the original winner's email sent.
